My room was very clean and nice! i really liked the breakfast. There was plenty of choice. the staff was very friendly and helpful. I got excellent service from them.

the rooms are not 5 star quality, i thought. one of my fresh towels was stained sadly. tea and coffee in the room were only available at an additional cost, which i found strange.

the breakfast buffet included many options and tasted really good. the resort also provides quick access to the beach which i found very convenient. i also appreciated the quiet surroundings and ample parking space (this was very helpful).

some aspects could be improved. i noticed that the personnel sometimes seemed new or undertrained. also, the fitness studio equipment looked quite worn out. i was a bit disappointed that i had to pay extra to access the spa area (it would have been nice if it were included).

the lighting in the room was poor, i really struggled to read. bathrobes felt old. additionally, the bakery items for breakfast tasted not so fresh and many of the hot food options were cold. it felt far from a 5-star experience.

Resort has free parking available. Food choices for breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff was attentive and cute. Shower was very nice.

The hotel interior was very dark. I found poor lighting in the room. Bathrobes are very old and worn. I didn't see body lotion available, what is unusual for a resort.
